Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where agreed in the project scope. Major changes of direction, new requirements, or repeated revisions outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Estimated timelines depend on project size, content, feedback, and third-party services. Delays in providing content, approvals, login details, or payments may affect delivery dates.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled, payment may be due for work already completed, time reserved, or costs already incurred. Any refund or remaining balance will depend on the stage of the project and the written agreement.

Liability

HawkMetriQ aims to build reliable, professional websites, but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales, enquiries, or uninterrupted third-party services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project unless the law says otherwise.
